Westbury White Horse Karate Club teaches traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate to men, women and children. All students with an interest in martial arts are welcome to train with us. Shotokan Karate is a Martial Art and not a game, so all students are expected to practice diligently with a serious demeanour. We want all students to enjoy their training and learn from and help one another.
The guide is available to all students of the Westbury Whitehorse Karate Club, the contents can be used as a guide where appropriate.
Any technical questions, comments/observations regarding the layout of the guide should be directed to Sensei Stephen Cox (7th Dan), Senior instructor.
The guide is a ‘live’ document, that is to say that it is constantly being updated.
